Pistacho Crusted Salmon
One of my favorite and most popular recipes! You can make this in the oven or air fryer!
Ingredients:
Salmon
Pistachio nuts
Honey
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Soy sauce

Directions:
Prepare salmon, pat and dry
Pulse pistachio nuts in blender (I prefer mine on the coarser side so pulse one or two times)
Season salmon with salt and pepper (I prefer coarse salt and pepper I use these grinders here)
Drizzle olive oil and honey
Press on the pistachios (the honey will help them stick)
Bake in air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 or oven for 25 minutes at 425 (depending on how you like your salmon cooked)
When ready to serve, add a little soy sauce (trust me!)
Serve with rice (I love this creamy coconut rice recipe and or veggies!)
