Everything Bagels
You are going to love these bagels! They are perfect for meal prep and you can easily freeze them for ready to go breakfasts or snacks.
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
Everything bagel seasoning
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp psyllium husk
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tbsp wheat bran or 1 tbsp chia seeds if gluten free
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased bagel pan
Bake 350 for 25 mins
Makes 2-3 bagels enjoy all for 1 meal.
Recommended storage: in glass Tupperware 2 days or slice and freeze with parchment paper in between
