Meal Prep Salads
I make salads most days for lunch, so I will continue to update this page as I come up with new combos! I usually do a combo of protein, greens, veggies and a healthy fat.
Greek Salad
Greek Salad with romaine, crispy artichokes (see recipe here), bell pepper, feta cheese, kalamata olives, chicken and pickled onions

Cobb Salad
Romaine with grilled chicken, turkey bacon, egg, avocado, cucumber and bell pepper.
